20150915 Proxcys B.V. – Mr. Thijs Groenewegen & Bas Stevens – “Fishing proteins from blood plasma”

With its Radial Low Chromatography RFC technology the SME Proxcys has grown to international presence. The RFC is compact, suitable for high throughput lab and large, tolerant for process errors and allows crude feeds with quite some impurities. Applications are inbio-pharmaceuticals, functional food ingredients, direct capture, blood-plasma protein fractionation. For the latter RLC is crucial in the one-line process of several RLC columns in series, capable of recovering at least 6 valuable proteins from one batch of native blood-plasma without the use of ethanol as a solvent and overcoming sanitary risks and energy consumptions of current time consuming practice.

The same robustness for crude feeds enables the fast direct capture of IgC from high density CHO-S cells with very high purity after two washes. www.proxcys.com
